Epic Games and Disney have renewed their collaboration, introducing a new immersive experience to the Battle Royale universe. This time, their joint effort focuses on a fresh Creative Map titled 'The Great Toy Rescue' within Fortnite. In this new adventure, players are tasked with locating iconic animated toy characters that have mysteriously disappeared through a rift, embarking on a quest to retrieve their lost belongings and cherished memories.
From September 22 to October 5, players can access 'The Great Toy Rescue' using the code 6059-3243-8283. Inspired by the Toy Story 5 universe, this map sees characters like Buzz Lightyear, Forky, Hamm, Jessie, Rex, and Woody scattered across various Fortnite islands after a dimensional tear in Bonnie's room. To successfully complete the map, players must visit these islands, find each missing toy, and ensure their safe return home. For those eager to fast-track their progress, interacting with Smarty Pants allows for direct character unlocks using specific codes: Buzz Lightyear - 7590, Forky - 3098, Hamm - 6742, Jessie - 1337, Rex - 1001, and Woody - 2295. Successfully locating all the toys rewards players with a jetpack and new abilities, crucial for reaching previously inaccessible areas and fulfilling mission objectives.
The mission involves shooting 50 targets with the Flint-Knock Pistol, utilizing the jetpack to discover hidden zones and gather all 30 Hi-Tech Buzz toys, and leveraging unique character abilities to uncover all 10 memories needed to complete the Playtime Scrapbook. This engaging scavenger hunt within Bonnie's room is filled with XP coins, offering players additional levels and Battle Pass rewards as they progress through the narrative.
