Vogue Café Milan: A Detailed Look at This Year's Event

From September 24th to 26th, the heart of Milan will beat to the rhythm of fashion and well-being as the Vogue Café reopens its doors at the magnificent Palazzo Giureconsulti, conveniently located near the iconic Duomo. Building on the previous year's triumph, this event is poised to be a highlight during Milan Fashion Week, presenting an array of novel attractions.

Food enthusiasts will delight in the bespoke café menu, meticulously crafted by the renowned Chef Carlo Cracco. Expect an exquisite selection of cappuccinos, delightful savory brioches, and delicate petits fours, offering a taste of Italian culinary artistry. Beyond gastronomy, the event unveils two distinctive activities designed to engage and inspire.

In celebration of pharmaceutical giant Eli Lilly and Company's 150th anniversary, guests are invited to partake in a unique guided tour of Milan, focusing on the city's wellness landscape. These tours, beginning and concluding at the café, are expertly led by IF Experience with local curator Rosa Coscione. Participants will journey through Milan's serene spaces dedicated to mental and physical rejuvenation, guided by a curated list from Laura Taccari. The itinerary encompasses tranquil cafés, state-of-the-art fitness centers, nutrition-focused eateries, and vibrant live music venues, revealing a more introspective and gentle side of Milan. As a memento, each participant will receive an illustrated guide by Francesca Arena and a beautiful floral bouquet from Lilly's kiosk.

Adjacent to the main café, the Vogue Kiosk awaits, showcasing a diverse collection of global Vogue editions and exclusive Vogue-branded merchandise. For this second event, prominent creatives have designed unique items that reflect their connection to Milan, celebrating the personal touch of Vogue World, which can be revisited on screens at the venue during opening hours.

Embracing creativity, the event features an engaging coloring book session. Collaborating with Stabilo, Vivetta Ponti, the creative director of Venerdì Pomeriggio, has developed a collectible coloring book that champions artistic expression and explores the intersection of fashion and contemporary youth. The book is filled with sketches, intricate details, and references to Ponti's distinctive visual universe. These interactive workshops will be led by Alice Abbiadati, fashion news editor at Vogue Italia, welcoming participants of all ages.

Furthermore, the Vogue Café offers a perfect opportunity to rekindle good habits, such as reading. In partnership with Feltrinelli, Francesca Faccani and the editors of Vogue Italia have curated a selection of 100 books, ranging from timeless literary masterpieces to compelling new releases. These can be found at the pop-up bookstore within Palazzo Giureconsulti. Adding a touch of futuristic flair, a dedicated Meta corner will allow visitors to experience Meta Glasses.

The Vogue Café will be accessible to the public, with registration details to be announced shortly. Operating hours are from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on September 24th, and from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on September 25th and 26th.
