This unique fusion emerged from the genuine rapport between Zac Posen, Gap Inc.’s creative director, and Jean and Judith Touitou of A.P.C. This romantic comedy-inspired piece transported attendees to Montmartre, Paris, depicting a cross-cultural narrative starring American rapper Ian and French DJ Paloma Le Friant. Leung remarked to Vogue, “In our fast-paced world, it’s easy to overlook the beauty that unfolds when we pause and take the scenic route. The contrasting elements within the story and the collection serve as a foundation for individuals to craft their own narratives.” Guests also captured memories in a photo booth, receiving branded mementos, while matchbooks in Gap's signature blue hinted at the importance of appreciating life’s subtle details. As the festivities extended onto the street, attendees, adorned in pieces from the collection, enjoyed classic American fare from a Gap food truck, captivating passersby in SoHo.
